Who is Comorental
Comorental is part of Gert Meerveld Beheer b.v., a company which offers private holiday homes around Lake Como and is managed by Gert & Hester Meerveld. Since October 2007 we are living on the boarders of Lake Como and experienced that a lot of Italians had problems with languages to rent their homes to foreigners.
So we’re starting from season 2011 with the intermediary of private Italian holiday homes and help the Italians with the languages problems. All holiday accommodations were seen by us and we made the descriptions ourselves.
Customer service
Comorental wants you to be satisfied completely. If you think something concerning the reservation or the holiday homes must be improved please let us know as soon as possible. This gives us the possibility to improve our service and accommodations.
If you’ve complaints during arrival or stay in our accommodations please contact us as soon as possible so we can solve the problems on location.
If your complaint during your stay in our accommodation is not solved to your satisfaction then we ask you to inform us within 30 days after your departure by sending your comments (supported by photographs also) by post or mail. We’ll respond within 7 days and hope to solve your complaints to your satisfaction.
